What's the best way to keep us updated? or letter to report on any major developments at your agency (major new client wins, key staff or resource additions, acquisitions, etc.) For updates on creative, we prefer you gather multiple examples and send them periodically (a couple times a year) instead of sending single examples every time you produce a new campaign.
