What We Believe About Agency Reviews
Reviews are time consuming, costly and disruptive to your business. If considering a change in agencies, they should be entered into only after all reasonable steps have been taken to fix the existing relationship.
They should NOT be undertaken in the absence of clearly defined expectations both for the review and for the agency or agencies that emerge at the end of the process
Only legitimate contenders should be included in the process, and the ground rules for competition must be applied evenly and scrupulously
The proper role for the consultant in a review is to provide knowledge of the agencies and to manage the process, including facilitation of decision-making by the marketer.
What We Believe About Our Contribution to the Process

We follow the proven disciplines outlined in the Association of National Advertisers guidebook on the subject of agency selection, "Selecting An Advertising Agency: Factors to Consider, Steps to Take" written by our Senior Partner and former owner, Bob Lundin.
Relationships established with our assistance are successful and long-lasting. We attribute this to front-end attention to precise definition of the advertiser's real needs, and careful screening of candidates whose skills best match those needs.
The decision on the "right" agency must be made by the advertiser, not the consultant. Our goal is to provide the information and the process to enable our clients to reach the best possible decision.
