Goals of a Relationship Evaluation

To improve efficiencies and productivity in the relationship ...and through the process:

To build/strengthen mutual trust.

To guide corrective action, if warranted.

To assess, and potentially reward, agency performance in relationships using incentive compensation techniques.

The Process

1. Examine Agency Assignment(s): "Expectations."

Agency Job Description; Scope of Work; Contracts
Organizational structure: Client; Agency
Review recent reviews: techniques, results (2-3 years.)

2. Interviews with Client executives (who work with agency); and with Agency Senior Management and Executives assigned to the business

- alignment of expectations

3. Development of New Evaluation-Rating Form
Translate consensus "expectations" to appropriate format, with Client Interaction.

4. Process Management
Coordinate outside resources as needed.

5. Analysis and Report Phase

6. Implementation: Counsel as Needed
