Marketing communications agencies of any size, shape or specialty are always welcome to send information to Jones Lundin Beals, Inc. We have no prescribed "list" of agencies we work with and charge nothing for keeping your information on file. In the 25+ years we have been assisting our clients with the search and selection of marketing communications resources, we have seen materials and presentations from most of the agencies in the country. And we have conducted every type of agency search possible, looking at agencies in virtually every major market in the U.S. (and at many around the globe), from full-service to media to creative boutique to multicultural to direct response to interactive.

What To Send Us

We would be interested in any or all of the following information about your agency:

Key contact information: agency name and address, name and title of new business contact with phone, fax and e-mail.

Services provided by your agency; identify any areas of specialty or emphasis

Brief summary of any important organizational information (e.g., holding company affiliation, branch offices, partnerships, alliances, etc.)

Current agency size and recent (three-year) growth trend for billings and number of employees

List of current clients (and year client was acquired)

Identify top three-five clients and the approximate percent of billing they represent at your agency

Biographies for key agency management

Describe how you view yourself as an agency (or you would like others to view you): e.g., agency mission statement, philosophies, any unique or proprietary processes or resources you employ.

Examples of current work in any/all media

How should you send information to us? You are welcome to send your information via e-mail, on CD-Rom, and/or as hard copy. We prefer hard copy information to be in 8.5" x 11" format for filing purposes. Television examples should be sent on VHS.

What’s the best way to keep us updated? Drop us an e-mail or letter to report on any major developments at your agency (major new client wins, key staff or resource additions, acquisitions, etc.) For updates on creative, we prefer you gather multiple examples and send them periodically (a couple times a year) instead of sending single examples every time you produce a new campaign.
